We invite all RTAs to post their one major goal and daily action items required to achieve the goal.
OUR GOAL:
Kiva and AJ’s major goal for the next 31 plus days leading to the National Convention is to earn our 1st dream bonus. 100 RTAs in our power team.
ACTION ITEMS:
We will contact two power team members each day and develop a plan of action to help them get promoted to their power-team. Assist with their travel parties and presentations.
We will expose our business to and also follow up on at least 20 cold market prospects each day.
We will host present the business to at least 2 prospects each day.

The purpose of this blog is for members of our YTB team to publish their goals and action items for the next 31 days leading to the YTB National Convention from August 6 – 10.
TEAM GOALS:
The challenge to our team is as follows:
RTAs must set their goals to become power team Leaders.
Power team leaders must bonus at least once this month.
All bonusing powerteam leaders must set goal to get into coach’s corner.
Coach’s corner members must set their goals towards the $10,000 dream bonus.
ACTION ITEM REQUIRED:
Each RTA must develop and publish a daily method of operation. Based on your personal goals, you have to decide how many people you need to expose this opportunity to each day, how many presentations you need to make. How many people in your warm market, cold market or referral market you need to follow up each day.
Basically, to reach my goals, how many people do I need in my organizations? If I need this many people to fulfill on that income or marketing goal, how many people do I need to bring each day for the next 31 days. Working backwards, you can determine what you need to commit to on a daily basis.
Thirty One Day Plan:
Once you have a daily method of operation, choose your tactics that you plan to use daily for the next 31 days to build momentum to achieve your goal.
